Founder & CEO
Dr Guidoum holds a BSc, MSc and PhD degrees in Chemical Engineering from the UK. He taught at the Universitie’ de Constantine in Algeria before moving to Abu Dhabi to join ADNOC where he held several executive positions in strategy, organization, and analytics. Dr. Guidoum led two Strategic Transformation programs at ADNOC Distribution and Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority.
Dr Guidoum and his team modeled operations data to achieve a 35% reduction in manpower for a 3,000+ employee business unit resulting in savings of over US$ 13 million per year.
Dr Guidoum founded Logaritm to offer asset integrity and data mastering technologies and services. His current focus is:
- Integrity Management: deploying physics-based structural digital twin supplemented with AI-driven technologies to protect critical assets in oil and gas.
- Data Mastering: using AI-powered and human-guided platform to speed up data migration to SAP and enable fast ML model development.
